Injury Prevention
Approximately 70% of all runners have experienced an overuse injury in the last year. Preventative exercises, flexibility, and proper nutrition go a long way to reducing these injuries to almost zero. Ryan Hall refers to these as the "One Percent" of training. Most runners neglect this aspect of training the most. Our goal is to educate runners and teach them how not to get hurt. Staying healthy is the number one goal.
